He started his career in 1994 as a studio operator for Ram Pictures, and in 1997, he acquired the company and rebranded it as Sairam Pictures. Since then, he has led the company through various phases of growth and development, including the transition to digital platforms in 2014.

He is dedicated to supporting the growth and development of talented artists and filmmakers, and has a track record of producing and distributing high-quality films and music. Saksham Shrestha

Saksham Shrestha is the executive director of Sairam Pictures, a Nepalese multimedia company that specializes in music distribution, music production, video production, and content management. Mr. Shrestha has played a significant role in helping the company to integrate digitally on the internet. He is a skilled and experienced professional in the music and film industries, with a wide range of expertise including music production, mix engineering, and film production.

Mr. Shrestha has worked with a diverse range of artists throughout his career, including Balen Shah, Vten, Indira Joshi, Uniq Poet, Sacar, Bluesss, Sagun, Sushant Khatri, and many more. He has been responsible for producing and engineering with these artists, and has contributed to the success of their projects through his expertise and talent. In addition to his work as a producer and engineer, Mr. Shrestha is also an hip hop artist under the name OMG SPARK.
